Park Rules


We are a private park open for group rental and special events. It is our hope that you have a safe and enjoyable visit with us. We ask that you extend the same courtesy to the other visitors that you would expect from them. By using our land you agree to the following rules:

  1. Before entering, you are required to check in, pay admission, and pick-up a wristband/vehicle tag.
  2. Use of safety equipment is required. Seatbelt use is mandatory. ATVs must wear helmets.
  3. Maximum number of people per vehicle is based on manufacturer's guidelines and appropriate related safety gear. (ie 4 seatbelts = 4 people, no double up on a single person quad, etc)
  4. All vehicles need to have at least one towpoint.
  5. Speed limit is 10 MPH on all paved and gravel drives.
  6. ALL fields should preferably be bypassed, or at the least driven around the perimeter.
  7. RIDING RESTRICTED TO ESTABLISHED TRAILS. If you question if it’s a trail…it probably is not.
  8. For additional safety, you must stay with at least one fellow vehicle.
  9. No unauthorized riding after 11:00 PM or before 6:00 AM.
  10. No GLASS bottles.
  11. Fires are allowed in campsite upon verbal permission.
  12. Campsite trash is to be placed in a garbage can before leaving the park. If the garbage can is full, take your trash with you.
  13. Drunken or obnoxious behavior will not be tolerated.
  14. Children 14 years of age and younger are restricted to camping areas and must be under the supervision of an adult.
  15. No one under 18 years of age will be permitted without a liability sheet signed by his or her parents or legal guardian.
  16. No one is permitted inside the park without signing a liability waiver.

Waivers

Waivers will be available at registration. Below are links to waivers online. If you want you can fill these out in advance and bring them with you to the events. ----NOTE--- Minors are REQUIRED to have their legal guardian signature, if the legal guardian is NOT present at the event then the minor form will need to be notarized as shown on the form.
